Typical Duties

Pricing Strategy & Profitability Management•    Define, optimize, and manage APAC AFM pricing policies and trade policies to ensure sustainable business growth and achievement of volume and EBITDA goals.•    Conduct competitive pricing analysis and market research to recommend strategic market positioning.•    Analyze sales data, cost structures, and raw material inflation to identify margin improvement opportunities and track performance against KPIs.

Channel Strategy & Distribution Expansion•    Participate in the development of APAC AFM distribution strategies and Route-to-Market (RTM) maps to expand the retail network.•    Differentiate pricing and promotional tactics across online and offline channels to optimize portfolio performance.•    Work with key internal stakeholders to provide a holistic view of current POS offerings and opportunities for continuous improvement & growth via increasing conversion rate in our retail stores.

Trade Promotion & Incentive Design•    Formulate and manage comprehensive trade promotion policies, including sell-in and sell-through designs, to drive volume growth.•    Design and execute customer incentive programs and price discounts while managing planning, forecasting, and budget control.•    Measure the ROI of all promotional activities and propose data-backed enhancements.

Data-Driven Insight & Cross-Functional Collaboration•    Utilize BI tools and advanced data processing to analyze market trends, customer insights, and price sensitivity.•    Partner closely with Finance, Product Engineering, Supply Chain, and Procurement to provide holistic strategic recommendations to global and regional stakeholders.

Requirements:•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related curriculum•    Min 8 years’ experience in related field / Controlling or Marketing function. Pricing and trade marketing experience are preferred. •    Knowledge of statistics and keen on data mining and insight extraction•    Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to cross-functional & global stakeholders•    Good communication skills with B2B and B2C customers•    Good language and presentation skills•    Advanced level of data processing competency. Well mastery of computer skills including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Regression analysis, etc.•    Experienced in business planning•    Ability to build a collaborative environment•    Flexible working hours are required•    Comfortable in a multi-tasking and multi-time zones working environment
