The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for executing recruitment processes to attract and hire talent that supports the organization’s goals. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)

  • Support Business Growth: Execute recruitment plans to fill open positions efficiently.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates have a smooth and professional experience.
  • Sourcing: Use standard sourcing channels and tools to identify qualified candidates.
  • Support Hiring Managers: Coordinate interviews and provide feedback.
  • Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records in ATS and report basic recruiting metrics.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to recruitment processes.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 2–4 years in Talent Acquisition or related field.
  • Skills: Sourcing, interviewing, ATS usage, communication.
  • Mindset: Detail-oriented, collaborative, service-focused.
  • Tools: Familiarity with ATS and basic HR tech.
