Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans for battery sales through battery specialist, wholesaler, and retail chain channels in close cooperation with cross functional teams.
- Forecast sales, develop strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Deep understanding of products and market dynamics to make effective strategies to deliver annual targets and mid-term sales goals.
- Negotiate conditions with customers on program range, prices and promotion to draw optimized results in volume and commercial margin.
- Maintain customers’ loyalty by regular visit offering value proposition such as sales support and problem solving.
- Process internal sales, financial and engineering documents. Responsible for periodic input to the CRM platform related to customer activities, opportunities, and pipeline attainment.
- Provide presentation and sales trainings to distributors and other customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 year B2B sales experience, preferable in automotive aftermarket.
- Key account management skills would be beneficial.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of and experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of import/export processes to facilitate order handling.
- Excellent commercial and proactive attitude, result-driven, analytical, creative, customer oriented, able to work independently and not afraid to take initiative.
- Willing to travel.
