Interested what will be your tasks?

  • Independently manages the contract intake process, ensuring requests are complete, compliant, and routed to the appropriate stakeholders within agreed service levels.
  • Coordinates the end-to-end NDA process, working directly with internal stakeholders and Legal to ensure timely execution and proper documentation.
  • Reviews procurement documentation for completeness and accuracy before initiating sourcing or contracting activities.
  • Creates, manages, and maintains agreements in Zycus, coordinating with Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders throughout the approval process.
  • Independently builds and manages RFx events in Zycus, supporting sourcing activities from event creation through supplier communication and award documentation.
  • Resolves procurement-related requests and operational issues independently, exercising sound judgment and escalating only complex or high-risk situations.
  • Monitors procurement KPIs, identifies trends, and recommends corrective actions or process improvements where appropriate.
  • Identifies opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization, participating in or leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, Legal, Finance, and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of procurement services and a positive customer experience.
  • Provides guidance and day-to-day support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices.
  • Contributes to the development and maintenance of process documentation, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Supports system testing, process enhancements, and implementation of new procurement tools or functionality.

What kind of energy we are looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics or related field and 3+ years of relevant procurement, sourcing, contract management, or shared services experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer orientation with the ability to build effective relationships and act as a trusted business partner.
  • Ability to independently analyze information, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with procurement platforms such as Zycus, SAP, or other ERP/procurement systems.
  • Good understanding of procurement lifecycle, contract management, supplier engagement, and procurement compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and capable of working with limited supervision.

The starting salary is at min 1 600 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Clarios values each and every candidate and we ensure our compensation package aligns with your professional experience and your expectation.
