The Role
The Procurement CoE Analyst is part of the Global Procurement/Sourcing Center of Excellence (CoE), a global team responsible for driving procurement excellence through standardized processes, digital solutions, data management, and best practices. This role supports procurement teams across all regions by delivering knowledge-based services, enabling operational efficiency, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives within Clarios’ global supply chain organization.
The position reports functionally to the Global Director, Sourcing CoE and plays a key role in enhancing procurement capabilities through analytics, supplier data management, contract lifecycle processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Manage Contract Lifecycle Management processes and support governance activities.
- Establish controls and KPIs to improve contract data quality and process effectiveness.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the CLM platform, providing user support and training.
- Develop, maintain, and manage contract-related data and reporting for regional procurement leaders.
Vendor Data Management & Supplier Governance
- Manage and coordinate supplier financial assessment programs.
- Support supplier risk management and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain data related to IATF audits, supplier scorecards, and risk assessments.
- Partner with regional teams to support sustainability initiatives, including SA8000, supplier diversity, and supplier onboarding programs.
Spend Analytics & Market Intelligence
- Design, develop, and maintain market intelligence databases to support commodity strategies and financial forecasting.
- Analyze spend data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across global and regional sourcing activities.
- Generate insights and recommendations that support data-driven procurement decisions.
Reporting & Digital Solutions
- Develop and maintain spend, savings, and procurement performance reports using Power BI and other analytical tools.
- Support procurement teams with reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
- Explore and promote the use of digital tools and automation technologies to improve process efficiency.
Process Improvement & Transformation
- Support procurement transformation initiatives and cross-functional improvement projects.
- Contribute to process redesign efforts focused on scalability, standardization, and operational excellence.
- Foster collaboration across global and regional teams to drive organizational change and adoption of best practices.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in procurement and sourcing processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and identify business opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong customer orientation and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Self-motivated and highly independent work style.
Preferred
- Experience with Power BI and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of automation and digital technologies such as Power Automate, SharePoint, AI Agents, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience using Zycus from a key-user or administrator perspective.
- Knowledge of legal contracts and contract management processes.
- Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Work Model & Travel
- Location: Global Procurement/Sourcing Center of Excellence.
- Work Model: Hybrid, based on business needs and regional requirements.
- Travel: Limited travel may be required to support global initiatives, stakeholder meetings, or transformation projects.
