Interested what will be your tasks?

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards translating complex operational data into actionable insights for business operations stakeholders; ensure models are performant, scalable, and governed.

  • Build and maintain automated workflows and business applications using Power Automate and Power Apps, reducing manual effort across core operations processes (approvals, data collection, escalation routing).

  • Own the data layer: write and optimize DAX measures and Power Query transformations; connect to sources including SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and Snowflake where applicable.

  • Collaborate with business operations teams to gather, challenge, and translate requirements into technical solutions — including scope control and managing change requests.

  • Administer production and distribution of internal financial reports, compile various cross functional reports. Drive the reporting simplification and efficiency.

  • Prepare, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (ERP, operational, and financial systems).

  • Maintain solution documentation, workspace governance, and RLS (row-level security) configurations in line with organizational data access policies.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across the Power Platform environment; support end-user adoption through training and hands-on guidance.

  • Contribute to the Centre of Excellence (CoE) standards for naming conventions, deployment pipelines, version control, and template reuse across the team.

  • Work within a GBS or shared-services operating model, balancing multiple stakeholder demands with clear SLA management and transparent prioritization.

  • Collaborate with senior management and provide update on financial reports, progress and modifications. Explain the variances to senior leadership team.

  • Support data governance and documentation of data sources, logic, and model results. 

  • Communicate findings and analytical results in a clear and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Keep up to date with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and Power Platform technologies.

Job Requirements

  • Business education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting/Controlling

  • Strong experience with Power BI, report design and modeling, data management

  • Fully familiar with MS-Office (Excel advanced – tables, charts, formulas, pivot), ERP experience (SAP preferred)

  • Person with passion for CI and with transformation skills

  • Professional communication skills is a must (communication with senior management)

  • Experience with leading reporting projects

  • Able to explain differences between actuals and budget

  • Able to prepare a trend analysis and make a conclusion / statement

  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and capable of working with limited supervision.

The starting salary is at min 2 500 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.
