The Role

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling successful transformation across Clarios by supporting change management, adoption, and workforce readiness initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Customer Experience, this position helps translate strategic initiatives into practical execution by ensuring employees, leaders, and stakeholders are prepared to adopt and sustain new ways of working.

The role supports enterprise Customer Experience initiatives, Customer Centricity culture transformation efforts, and other strategic programs by coordinating change activities that drive engagement, readiness, and long-term adoption across global teams.

What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)

Change Management & Adoption

  • Support the execution of Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies across enterprise initiatives and regions.
  • Coordinate change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption programs.
  • Ensure change activities are integrated into project plans and aligned with business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

  • Partner with project teams, business leaders, and transformation stakeholders to support effective change implementation.
  • Develop and maintain communication plans, presentations, FAQs, leadership talking points, and other communication materials.
  • Facilitate feedback mechanisms to understand stakeholder concerns and adoption challenges.

Training & Workforce Readiness

  • Support the design, development, and deployment of training and enablement materials.
  • Create job aids, toolkits, learning resources, and other readiness assets.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, listening sessions, and engagement activities to support successful adoption.

Project Coordination & Governance

  • Maintain OCM deliverables including stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness assessments, communication plans, and training plans.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, projects, and regions.
  • Manage OCM templates, tools, and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint to ensure consistency and accessibility.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report adoption, readiness, engagement, and change effectiveness metrics.
  • Identify risks, barriers, and opportunities related to organizational adoption.
  • Provide recommendations to improve change outcomes and increase stakeholder engagement.

Culture & Transformation Support

  • Help ensure change initiatives address people, process, technology, leadership, and cultural considerations.
  • Support enterprise Customer Experience and Customer Centricity initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and performance.
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and innovation.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience supporting change management, transformation initiatives, project coordination, or communications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities.

Preferred

  • Exposure to formal change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience supporting digital, IT, manufacturing, operational, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and workforce enablement strategies.
  • Experience working within global, matrixed, or cross-functional organizations.
  • Interest or experience in Customer Experience, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, or Future of Work initiatives.

Work Model & Travel

  • Location: Monterrey Business Center (MBC), Monterrey, Mexico.
  • Work Model: Hybrid.
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required based on project needs and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Reporting To: Director, Enterprise Customer Experience.
