职责概述:
监控、管理并控制所有电池制造工艺。承担各种具有一定复杂的任务(需要独立判断能力并采取相应措施)。
主要工作职责:
负责根据公司制造管理体系要求,编制和完善生产工艺文件,如PFMEA/MFMEA、参数表以及WI等文件; 负责生产过程跟进,熟悉现场工艺流程,分析、解决产线异常问题,对各工序不良状况进行原因分析及提出纠正与预防措施,并能有效推进改进项的实施; 为经验不足维护人员提供技术支持,审核已经完成的工作,确保同维护、维修及安装规范和流程相符。在要求技术超过指派人员能力范围时,可以解决高级技术问题; 熟练的运用西门子博图以及S7-300或者AB等PLC控制程序查找现场设备的问题,可以通过电气图纸排查故障并有一定的AutoCAD或者PROE绘图能力; 有新项目的launch经验,熟悉新设备/新产品制造,调试以及安装验收过程。根据生产及质量需求对设备进行调试和改善,并提供维护技术培训,达到提升产线OEE和产品质量现场安全的效果; 完成本部门相关的其他任务。

任职资格要求:
1. 至少3年以上制造业维护经验,汽车零部件行业优先。
2. 出色的沟通、表现和人际交往技巧,有很强的抗压能力。
3. 能同其他相关同事进行有效合作与沟通。
4.流利使用英语和普通话。
5.本科或者以上,电气工程以及自动化专业优先。
