The Role
The IT Manager, CX Application Delivery – B2B Products is a strategic delivery leadership role within the CX Digital Product Organization, responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across Business-to-Business (B2B) digital product lines including SCC, OV, and related customer experience platforms.
This role ensures high-quality, predictable, and scalable delivery across complex multi-vendor and multi-platform ecosystems spanning Salesforce (Marketing, Sales, Experience Cloud), Mobile Applications, MuleSoft integrations, SAP/QAD, ERP platforms, and supporting enterprise technologies. The role partners closely with Product Managers, Business Product Owners, Architects, UX, BRMs, DevOps, and offshore delivery teams to enable continuous delivery, operational excellence, and measurable business value realization.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
Product Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery execution for B2B CX products, including shaping, PI planning, backlog refinement, build, testing, release management, hypercare, and continuous improvement activities.
- Translate business priorities into scalable delivery roadmaps and release plans in partnership with Product Managers, CXPOs, Business Product Owners, and BRMs.
- Drive alignment across PI goals, release milestones, dependencies, and timelines for cross-functional squads spanning Salesforce, ERP, Integration, Mobile, UX, and QA teams.
- Manage delivery execution across global onsite/offshore vendor teams while ensuring quality, capacity alignment, and delivery accountability.
Agile Planning & Execution
- Partner with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness, estimation accuracy, prioritization, and sprint execution discipline.
- Facilitate PI and quarterly planning activities, proactively identifying dependencies, risks, and sequencing opportunities to maximize business value delivery.
- Support agile maturity and enable teams to adopt best practices across Scrum, SAFe, CI/CD, and engineering excellence frameworks.
- Remove delivery impediments and enable high-performing agile teams with strong execution cadence and predictable outcomes.
Delivery Governance & Operational Excellence
- Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, release schedules, burn-down reporting, and deployment calendars.
- Monitor delivery KPIs, sprint metrics, quality indicators, throughput, and risk logs, providing executive-level reporting and actionable insights.
- Ensure adherence to Clarios PMO governance standards, CAB readiness, compliance checkpoints, and release phase-gate requirements.
- Partner with Solution and Technical Architects to ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Quality Engineering & Release Management
- Coordinate SIT, regression testing, performance testing, and UAT readiness across multiple delivery streams.
- Oversee test data preparation, defect triage, sign-off processes, and release quality gates.
- Strengthen automation and quality engineering practices to improve release reliability, scalability, and testing efficiency.
- Lead deployment planning, cutover execution, rollback preparedness, and production readiness reviews in collaboration with DevOps and engineering teams.
- Manage post-production hypercare activities, stabilization efforts, issue resolution, and transition to AMS/support teams.
Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary orchestration point between Business Product Owners, Product Managers, BRMs, UX, Data, OCM, DevOps, and vendor teams.
- Facilitate product demos, risk workshops, governance reviews, and executive stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Support organizational change management, business readiness planning, communication strategies, and training coordination.
- Foster collaboration across technology and business teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and shared accountability.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to optimize agile delivery, release management, testing practices, and operational workflows.
- Drive improvements in team velocity, delivery predictability, release quality, and engineering maturity.
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across B2B product squads.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in delivery management, technical project management, Scrum Master, or digital product delivery roles.
- 3+ years of experience working within enterprise IT development organizations and agile product teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and SAFe frameworks.
- Proven experience delivering complex multi-platform digital solutions across CRM, ERP, Mobile Applications, Integrations, and Customer Experience platforms.
- Experience managing global offshore vendor teams and coordinating delivery across multiple squads and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, delivery metrics, risks, executive reporting, and release governance.
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce ecosystem delivery (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).
- Experience with MuleSoft integrations, ERP platforms (SAP/QAD), and mobile application delivery.
- Exposure to CI/CD environments and DevOps-driven delivery models.
- Agile certifications such as CSM, SAFe Scrum Master/RTE, PMP-ACP, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting B2B sales, marketing, and customer engagement platforms.
- Experience driving quality engineering and automation initiatives.
Work Model & Travel
- Primary work location: MBC.
- Hybrid work model based on business and team requirements.
- Collaboration with global teams across multiple time zones is expected.
- Occasional travel may be required for business planning sessions, PI planning, leadership meetings, or key program initiatives.
