Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and plant utility equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operations
- Install, relocate, and modify equipment including electrical, gas, water, and air hookups
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Fabricate and repair tools, fixtures, and guards as needed using shop equipment (lathe, mill, welder, grinder, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts, and work orders
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including LOTO and PPE use
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred
- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and electrical circuits (120V–480V)
- Strong mechanical skills including hydraulics, pneumatics, and fabrication
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Must provide own hand tools appropriate for the role
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Must be able to wear required PPE

The site charges, packages, and ships batteries used in cars, boats, motorcycles, and heavy-duty trucks.
