What You Will Do
- Operate and troubleshoot production equipment
- Monitor machine settings, materials, and product quality
- Perform machine changeovers and adjustments
- Use hand tools to support production operations
- Assist with basic equipment maintenance
- Record production and quality data
- Follow all safety procedures
What We Look For
- 2+ years of previous machine operating experience required
- Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to learn and follow production formulas and processes
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

The Geneva, IL plant has been operating since 1960 and employs more than 265 people. As a Dry Application Facility, we manufacture batteries for the automotive and marine industries. We operate six days per week and are proud to support our community through organizations like The Salvation Army.
