The Role
You will support the optimization and standardization of spare parts information within the warehouse system. Your work will help ensure accurate, complete, and consistent records, improving material identification, inventory management, and maintenance efficiency across operations.
What You'll Do (Impact Areas)
- Update, standardize, and complete spare parts records within the inventory system.
- Improve descriptions, specifications, and material attributes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Establish and maintain standardized naming conventions across spare parts families.
Data Analysis & Quality Improvement
- Export and analyze existing catalog data to assess quality and identify improvement opportunities.
- Detect and correct incomplete, duplicate, or inaccurate records.
- Prioritize updates based on operational criticality and business impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Maintenance and Warehouse teams to validate technical information.
- Collaborate with technicians and key users to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Support the development and approval of standard templates and mandatory data fields.
Documentation & Process Enhancement
- Assist in the creation of procedures, checklists, and reference guides for spare parts management.
- Support the development of visual catalogs and labeling systems.
- Participate in training activities to promote standardization best practices.

- Improved data quality and inventory visibility.

Core Competencies
- Active student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Interest in maintenance, inventory management, and industrial operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
