The Role
You will support the development and implementation of digital solutions using the Ignition platform. This role focuses on enhancing process visibility, real-time monitoring, and building the foundation for standardized SCADA systems across operations.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
- Develop digital process diagrams within Ignition (SCADA).
- Create and standardize machine templates in Ignition for scalable implementation.
- Design and build HMI/SCADA screens for process visualization and monitoring.
- Program subroutines in Python for data handling and system functionality.
- Support PLC programming (ladder logic) for process control integration.
- Develop technical manuals and documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and system sustainability.

- Real-time monitoring screens for critical process parameters actively used by operations.
- Availability of historical data and trends for analysis and continuous improvement.
- Standardized and reusable SCADA templates deployed effectively.
- Documented procedures and manuals forming a knowledge base for SCADA systems.
- Improved visibility, traceability, and response time in process control.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Active student in:
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Systems Engineering or related fields
- Knowledge of:
- SCADA systems (Ignition preferred)
- PLC programming (ladder logic)
- Python programming (or similar languages)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Interest in automation, digitalization, and industrial systems
