The Role
As a Supply Chain Intern, you will support the automation and optimization of priority management and battery recharge processes. This role focuses on improving data visibility, streamlining operational workflows, and developing automated reporting solutions that enable faster decision-making and increased efficiency across Supply Chain operations.
What You'll Do (Impact Areas)
Process Automation
- Support the automation of priority management and battery recharge processes.
- Develop solutions that reduce manual activities and improve workflow efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operational tasks through digital tools and automation.
Reporting & Data Visibility
- Create and maintain automated reports and dashboards to monitor priorities, battery recharges, and operational performance.
- Improve visibility of key metrics through interactive reporting tools.
- Ensure timely and accurate data availability for operational decision-making.
Process Monitoring & Follow-Up
- Track priority requests and battery recharge activities to ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Monitor process performance and identify bottlenecks or improvement opportunities.
- Support stakeholders with data analysis and operational insights.
Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to enhance existing processes.
- Recommend improvements based on data analysis and user feedback.
- Document automated workflows and support process standardization efforts.

Core Competencies
- Active student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or other automation tools is a plus.
- Interest in Supply Chain, Operations, and process improvement.
- Ability to work with data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
