This Role
As an Intern in Quality you will play a key role in transforming how data is captured, analyzed, and utilized within the electrical and chemical laboratory. This position focuses on improving reporting efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and building the foundation for digital transformation in the new Distribution Center (DC).
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
- Optimize and automate report creation processes to reduce manual effort and shift focus toward actionable insights.
- Develop coding structures for scrap (merma) origin classification, enabling better traceability and root cause analysis.
- Design and implement Power BI dashboards to manage and monitor scrap, including:
- Performance tracking
- Root cause analysis
- Chargeback tracking to plants
- Contribute to the digitalization roadmap for laboratory analysis (electrical & chemical) in the new DC.
- Improve data accessibility and visualization for faster, more informed decision-making.
- Enhance response times and analytical effectiveness in Quality-related topics.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Active student in:
- Systems Engineering / IT
- Computer Science
- Mechatronics or related fields
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (mandatory)
- Knowledge of:
- Data analysis and automation
- Advanced Excel
- Basic programming or database logic (preferred)
- Interest in digital transformation and process improvement
