- Support the optimization and redesign of the company’s innovation system and program.
- Drive the simplification and renewal of innovation processes to enhance overall efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve service levels and user experience across the innovation program.
- Reduce administrative workload for coordinators and site-level committees through process improvements.
- Propose and implement enhancements to recognition and reward mechanisms within the program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve adoption of innovation tools.
- Analyze current system performance and recommend data-driven improvements.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Active student pursuing a degree in Digital Technologies, Information Systems, Mechatronics, Software Development, Innovation Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong interest in process optimization, digital tools, and innovation management.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and propose improvements.
- Basic knowledge of system development, automation, or digital platforms is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
