The Role
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain exposure to a broad range of HR functions while supporting initiatives that contribute to the employee lifecycle and overall people strategy. You will collaborate with HR professionals, business leaders, and employees across different areas, assisting with day-to-day HR operations, talent programs, employee engagement, and process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do (Impact Areas)
- Support various Human Resources activities, including talent management, employee engagement, training, recruitment, and HR operations.
- Assist with the coordination and administration of employee and intern programs.
- Help maintain HR records, databases, reports, and organizational documentation.
- Support onboarding activities and employee experience initiatives.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of HR events, workshops, and communication campaigns.
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting HR-related metrics and data.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement projects to enhance HR processes and efficiency.
- Provide administrative and operational support to HR team members and business stakeholders.
- Participate in special projects aligned with business and organizational needs.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Active student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, International Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people-related processes.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to organizational success.
