The Role

You will support the transformation of quality audit processes through digital tools and data-driven insights. This role focuses on digitizing release audits, analyzing quality trends in real time, identifying critical manufacturing issues, and improving quality documentation to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do (Impact Areas)

Audit Digitalization & Automation

  • Support the development and implementation of digital release audit processes.
  • Create and maintain digital forms, workflows, and reporting solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Improve data collection efficiency and visibility of quality audit results.

Data Analysis & Quality Insights

  • Monitor audit findings and quality defects in real time.
  • Analyze trends, recurring issues, and process deviations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate dashboards, alerts, and reports to support decision-making and proactive issue resolution.

Failure Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Assist in the identification of critical molds, machines, and manufacturing processes based on audit results and defect trends.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to investigate root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality performance.

Documentation Management

  • Review, update, and standardize quality documents, procedures, work instructions, and audit records.
  • Ensure documentation reflects current processes and incorporates lessons learned from audit findings.
  • Support the creation of user-friendly documentation and visual references for operational teams.

What Success Looks Like

  • Digital audit processes successfully implemented and adopted.
  • Real-time visibility of quality metrics, defects, and audit results through dashboards and reports.
  • Identification of critical equipment, molds, and processes through data analysis.
  • Quality documentation updated, standardized, and aligned with operational needs.
  • Reduced manual effort and improved efficiency in audit and reporting activities.

Core Competencies

  • Active student pursuing a degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of digital tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize data.
  • Interest in quality systems, process improvement, and manufacturing operations.
  • Experience through academic projects or internships involving digitalization, automation, or data management.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation management skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
