The Role
The Integrator is responsible for coordinating, implementing, managing, and validating the installation, programming, use, and maintenance of PLCs, HMI Panels (PanelView), Robots, SCADA systems, and automation technologies within the plant. This role supports production and plant operations through the integration of equipment, systems, and subsystems, ensuring reliable automation performance, system availability, compliance with quality standards, and continuous process improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Implement and maintain SCADA systems across plant automation environments.
- Program and maintain PLCs, HMIs, Robots, and automation control systems based on operational requirements.
- Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance (PM) for automation, control, and instrumentation systems.
- Validate and release new process equipment, automation systems, and instrumentation before production use.
- Audit automation and control equipment to ensure proper operation and maintenance compliance.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance activities for PLCs, PanelView systems, and Robots.
- Manage software programming, backups, and version control for plant automation systems.
- Maintain and update backups of automation programs and VSS systems.
- Design and coordinate new equipment integrations and process automation improvements.
- Design and support construction of new equipment and system upgrades.
- Evaluate automation, control, and facilities suppliers.
- Generate automation KPIs and metrics to support maintenance and system reliability.
- Manage purchase requests for automation materials and services.
- Control and maintain quality system documentation (ISO 9000 / IATF 16949).
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental (ISO 14001), and Health & Safety Management Systems.
- Report and stop unsafe activities that may compromise safety, health, or the environment.
- Participate in incident investigations related to safety and occupational health when required.
- Coordinate and train Control & Automation technicians.
- Support plant strategies related to HPTs and operational excellence.

- Stable and reliable performance of automation and control systems.
- Properly integrated, validated, and released automation equipment.
- High availability of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and robotic systems.
- Accurate and updated automation documentation and program backups.
- Compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9000, ISO 14001, and safety standards.
- Reduced downtime caused by automation or control system failures.
- Strong collaboration with Production, Engineering, Projects, and Plant Management.
- Continuous improvement through effective system integration and modernization.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Automation, Control, and Instrumentation, Process Engineering, or Project Engineering.
- Advanced programming skills in PLCs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens – latest generation).
- Experience programming Robots, HMIs, SCADA systems, and motion control systems.
- Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control devices.
- Experience with industrial networks and vision systems.
- Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control diagrams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Strong PC and automation software skills.
- Analytical mindset with statistical analysis capability.
- High level of integrity, proactivity, and service orientation.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- English proficiency: 80%.
