The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you will lead and execute engineering, automation, infrastructure, and continuous improvement projects that support operational excellence and business growth. Working closely with local and international stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with corporate standards and strategic objectives.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
- Lead CAPEX projects from concept development through commissioning, startup, and project closeout.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality, and EHS to achieve project goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between the local plant, corporate teams, contractors, suppliers, and international partners.
- Organize and facilitate technical meetings in English with vendors, consultants, and global subject matter experts.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans.
- Coordinate FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), commissioning, and startup activities.
- Oversee contractor and supplier performance to ensure compliance with project requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, environmental, and corporate compliance standards.
- Support automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance plant performance.
- Provide project updates, performance metrics, and executive presentations to key stakeholders.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree, PMP certification, or Project Management specialization preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing industrial projects, CAPEX investments, automation initiatives, or plant expansion projects.
- Experience working with international suppliers, contractors, and multicultural teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and engineering project execution.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or equivalent), with the ability to lead technical meetings, negotiations, presentations, and executive discussions.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, manufacturing systems, commissioning processes, and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
Work Model & Travel
On-site role with regular interaction across manufacturing operations and project sites. Availability for domestic and international travel as required to support project execution, supplier visits, FAT/SAT activities, and corporate alignment meetings.
