The Role
We are seeking an Operations Engineer to drive operational excellence initiatives, optimize manufacturing processes, and support data-driven decision-making across the plant. This role will combine engineering expertise, process improvement methodologies, and business analytics tools, including Power BI, to identify opportunities, improve performance, and enhance operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Analyze manufacturing and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports using Power BI.
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple systems to support decision-making.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Monitor production metrics and investigate performance gaps to implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to drive operational improvements.
- Create standardized reporting tools and automate recurring reports when possible.
- Support capacity analysis, labor utilization reviews, and operational planning activities.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to manufacturing performance.
- Drive data visibility and reporting standardization across the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineer Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering environments.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs and operational metrics.
- English proficiency for interaction with global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, or data analytics tools.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Background in production, supply chain, logistics, or plant operations.
- Experience supporting decision-making through business intelligence and data visualization.
