The Role

The Operations Engineer is responsible for coordinating the integration and effectiveness of High-Performance Teams (HPTs) within defined plant boundaries. This role ensures proper team functionality through scorecard analysis, Star Point system administration, and continuous monitoring of the HPT model maturity. Additionally, the role manages the innovation system, consolidates plant performance reporting, and supports plant management through coordination of agendas, meetings, and key events. The position is designed to develop skills and experience to prepare the incumbent for higher-level roles.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the integration and operation of High-Performance Teams (HPTs).
  • Deliver training to personnel involved in the HPT model.
  • Lead annual scorecard review and KPI updates.
  • Ensure Guides and Third Parties fulfill their roles.
  • Coordinate weekly HPT meetings and evaluation programs.
  • Administer Action Plan System and track progress.
  • Manage communication systems (HPT Portal and boards).
  • Monitor KPIs and report results to leadership.
  • Support bonus calculation through data consolidation.
  • Organize monthly meetings with Guides and Steering Committee.
  • Plan and execute recognition events.
  • Develop HPT maturity assessment programs.
  • Supervise and audit innovation ideas implementation.
  • Coordinate plant innovation system and campaigns.
  • Manage plant management agenda and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate customer visits and plant tours.
  • Prepare operational and administrative reports.
  • Generate weekly plant reports and update IOS.
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, Safety, and Environmental standards.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business-related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience (recent graduates welcome).
  • Knowledge of HPT model and manufacturing KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Education

Engineering or Business degree (completed required).
