What You'll Do

· Coordinate the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance routines to ensure equipment reliability and operational continuity.

· Monitor and maintain adequate inventories of spare parts and critical maintenance supplies.

· Coordinate the operation and management of the tool crib and maintenance storeroom.

· Track and monitor maintenance work orders and equipment performance.

· Lead and coordinate HPT innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Develop, update, and utilize maintenance tools, maintenance plans, templates, manuals, and technical diagrams.

· Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

· Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators, including MTTR, MTBF, and PM compliance metrics.

· Participate in operational meetings to review performance results and identify improvement opportunities.

· Implement and sustain 5S practices within areas of responsibility.

· Ensure compliance with operational controls and work instructions related to the Integrated Management System (Quality, Environmental, and Safety requirements).

· Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to eliminate operational obstacles.

· Coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and maintenance efficiency.

Additional Requirements

· Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 requirements and environmental responsibilities associated with the role.

· Understand emergency response procedures and exercise stop-work authority when environmental risks are identified.

· Comply with all applicable Health & Safety Management System procedures.

· Immediately report and, when necessary, stop activities that may create safety risks for employees or the facility.

· Maintain and update monthly Safety Scorecards in accordance with established procedures.

· Participate in occupational health and safety incident investigations when required.

· Lead HPTs toward higher levels of maturity, ensuring team participation, scorecard follow-up, effective team meetings, and execution of action plans.

· Ensure compliance with all Quality Management System requirements.
