The Role
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and managing all preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime across production machinery, auxiliary systems, and building facilities. This role ensures the reliability of assets, supports production targets, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and preserves the long-term value of company assets.

What You’ll Do
· Lead the overall administration and execution of maintenance systems and strategies.
· Drive TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Reduce maintenance costs through effective planning, resource utilization, and process optimization.
· Develop and manage relationships with maintenance suppliers and service providers.
· Implement maintenance-related systems and process improvements.
· Ensure compliance with all SICAS procedures applicable to the Maintenance department.
· Define, identify, and report obsolete spare parts inventory.
· Monitor and control maintenance expenses against budget targets.
· Approve purchases related to equipment, services, maintenance projects, and facility improvements.
· Manage and ensure reliability of utility and peripheral systems, including compressors, chillers, electrical substations, and auxiliary equipment.
· Support and coordinate the installation and commissioning of new production lines, equipment, and manufacturing processes.
· Follow up on action plans established by supervisory and cross-functional teams.
· Evaluate supplier performance and service quality.
· Coordinate TPM projects and improvement activities throughout the plant.
· Lead Early Equipment Management initiatives to improve equipment lifecycle performance.
· Monitor and analyze key maintenance KPIs including OEE, MTBF, and MTTR.
· Support CMS requirements and continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, LPZ, 5S, Game Plan, and Gemba Coaching.
· Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and standards applicable to the area.
· Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System requirements.
· Maintain knowledge of ISO 14001 requirements related to the role and ensure proper response to environmental emergencies.
· Exercise authority to stop any activity that negatively impacts the environment or violates environmental regulations.

What We Look For
Education
· Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
Experience
· Preventive and corrective maintenance management.
· Electrical installations (high and low voltage).
· Mechanical systems maintenance.
· Instrumentation and control systems.
· Industrial machinery and machine tools maintenance.
· Maintenance of injection molding machines.
Technical Knowledge
· Maintenance planning and programming.
· Root cause analysis and failure analysis.
· Loss control methodologies.

· CAPS / 8D problem-solving methodology.
· TPM methodologies and implementation.
