What you will do here

The Director of Regional Maintenance and Facilities is responsible for leading and standardizing maintenance and facility management operations across a multi-site manufacturing network. This role ensures the safety, reliability, and efficiency of manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure while driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and workforce capability development.  The position partners closely with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and HR to deliver high-performing, safe, and sustainable maintenance operations that maximize uptime, efficiency, and productivity.

How you will do it

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a regional maintenance and facilities strategy aligned with business and operational goals

Operations Maintenance Oversight

  • Ensure high equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs

Facility Management

  • Oversee facility infrastructure including utilities, building systems, and grounds

Talent & Organization Development

  • Build high-performing maintenance and facility teams across locations by improving organizational capability in reliability engineering, planning/scheduling, and technical skills

Financial & Performance Management

  • Develop and manage regional maintenance and facility budgets (Opex and CapEx)

Continuous Improvement & Standardization

  • Lead Lean, TPM, and reliability improvement initiatives across the region

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to all EHS regulations, policies, and procedures

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field

  • 10+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing

  • At least 5 years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a multi-site environment with experience overseeing both production equipment maintenance and facility management

  • Ability to travel up to 20% to 40%
