Your role
As our Cloud Data and AI Architect, you will design and evolve a scalable, secure and business-focused cloud data ecosystem.
Using Snowflake as the core data platform, you will connect enterprise data, analytics, business intelligence, decision intelligence and AI capabilities. You will translate business needs into practical end-to-end architectures while ensuring strong governance, reliability, security and cost efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Design cloud data and analytics solutions covering ingestion, storage, transformation, semantic modelling, BI and AI integration.
- Architect and govern the enterprise data platform, with Snowflake as the central analytics foundation.
- Define reusable data products and architecture standards for modelling, performance, security and cost management.
- Develop semantic models that provide consistent metrics across Power BI, decision platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
- Design integrations between Snowflake and decision intelligence platforms such as Palantir Foundry.
- Enable governed datasets and scalable architecture patterns for AI and machine learning use cases.
- Embed data governance, privacy, security, lineage and auditability into solutions by design.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to delivery teams, vendors and implementation partners.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical designs and roadmaps.
- Communicate complex architecture to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in data, analytics, cloud or solution architecture.
- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale cloud data and analytics solutions.
- Hands-on knowledge of Snowflake, data ingestion, ELT, data modelling and reusable data products.
- Experience with analytics and BI solutions, including Power BI.
- Understanding of decision intelligence and AI/ML architecture patterns.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, metadata, lineage and role-based access control.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Excellent English communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Independent, collaborative and pragmatic approach to solving complex technical challenges.
The starting salary is at min 3 400 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.
This amount is our minimal offered salary. Clarios values each and every candidate and we ensure our compensation package aligns with your professional experience and your expectation.
