What You’ll Do
As a Data Analyst - Business Technology Delivery, your mission is to own, shape, and scale analytics and AI products for LATAM region, turning business problems into data-driven products that deliver measurable value.
You will act as a regional analytics product manager, partnering with business leaders, regional IT BRMs, and global data and AI teams to define roadmaps, prioritize investments, and ensure adoption at scale.
This role combines hands-on execution with product ownership, requiring accountability not just for delivery, but for regional value realization, reuse, and lifecycle management of analytics products.
This role reports to the IT Sr. BRM Central Functions LATAM.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Within your first 12–18 months, you will:
- Have some analytics or AI use cases live in production
- Be recognized by business partners as “the person who helps us get value from data”
- Consistently reuse and scale solutions via the Global Data Hub & Spoke model
- Clearly demonstrate business impact (cost, productivity, service, quality, or decision speed)
- Influence regional leadership decisions through data products you own
Core Responsibilities (Execution‑Focused)
1. Business Problem Discovery & Prioritization
You will:
- Meet regularly with business stakeholders and IT BRMs
- Understand key processes, KPIs, and pain points
- Convert vague requests (“we need a dashboard”) into clear problem statements
- Help prioritize use cases based on value and feasibility
Deliverables you own
- Produce use‑case definitions
- Problem statements and success metrics
- Prioritized analytics demand backlog
2. Use Case Translation & Solution Shaping
You will:
- Translate business needs into analytics and AI requirements
- Define what data is needed, from where, and for what purpose
- Align solutions to existing global platforms and data products
- Avoid “one‑off” or local-only solutions
Deliverables you own
- Use‑case briefs (problem, data, solution, value)
- High‑level solution outlines aligned to global standards
3. Delivery Coordination & Execution
You will:
- Work with global data teams (data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists)
- Support planning, execution, testing, and deployment
- Act as the business-facing owner during delivery
- Ensure solutions are understandable and usable by end users
You are not coding everything, but you must understand:
- Power BI, SQL, Python basics
- How data flows through Snowflake and analytics platforms
Deliverables you own
- Delivered dashboards, models, or analytics products
- Business sign‑off and user readiness
4. Value Tracking & Adoption
You will:
- Define how success will be measured before delivery
- Track adoption and usage after go‑live
- Quantify value (time saved, cost avoided, better decisions)
- Communicate results in simple, business language
Deliverables you own
- Value cases and benefit tracking
- Postimplementation impact summaries
5. Governance, Standards & Reuse
You will:
- Ensure solutions follow enterprise standards for:
- Data quality
- Security and privacy
- Responsible AI
- Promote reuse of existing data products and models
- Help reduce duplication across regions
Deliverables you own
- Compliance with governance standards
- Reusable analytics assets
6. Regional Analytics Product Ownership & Roadmap
You will:
- Own a portfolio of analytics and AI products for LATAM region
- Define and maintain a regional analytics roadmap aligned to business priorities and global strategy
- Balance new demand vs. technical debt vs. scaling existing products
- Make trade-off decisions on scope, timing, and investment
- Act as the single accountable owner for product success in the region
Deliverables you own
- Regional analytics product roadmap (quarterly / annual)
- Product charters with clear value hypotheses
- Prioritized backlog aligned to regional business outcomes
- Sunset, scale, or enhancement decisions for existing products
How You Will Spend Your Time (Typical Split)
- 30% working directly with business stakeholders
- 25% shaping and translating use cases
- 25% coordinating delivery with data teams
- 10% tracking value and adoption
- 10% learning platforms, tools, and business processes

Qualifications (Execution‑Aligned)
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 2+ years in data, analytics, BI, AI, or digital roles
- Hands‑on exposure to tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, Snowflake
- Ability to explain data insights to non‑technical audiences
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to drive things to completion
Preferred
- Experience in a global or federated environment
- Familiarity with Agile, product, or data‑product delivery models
- Exposure to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, or Commercial domains
